Medagoras is a B2B digital marketplace connecting licensed pharmaceutical suppliers, distributors, and healthcare providers. Only verified businesses with valid professional licenses, such as pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and chemists, can register and transact on the platform.
To register, provide your business details, valid CAC certificate, and professional licenses. Our team will verify your information in compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements. Once approved, you gain full access to the platform.
Orders can be placed directly on the platform by selecting products or uploading a written order image. Orders are reviewed for accuracy, confirmed by our team, and only then become binding. You will receive the final pricing and delivery details upon confirmation.
All payments are processed exclusively through your Virtual Wallet on the Medagoras platform. This ensures secure, traceable, and efficient transactions. Wallet withdrawals to a verified bank account are processed within 2–10 business days.
Eligible businesses can access our BNPL facility to procure products immediately and repay within a stipulated period. Credit limits vary by business type, repayment history, and verification level. The facility is interest-free, and repayment is tracked via the Virtual Wallet.
Returns are only accepted under specific conditions, such as damaged products, incorrect items, or unacceptable shelf life. All returns must follow our Return Policy, with mandatory reporting within the required timeframe. Refunds are processed to your Virtual Wallet or verified bank account within 2–7 business days after approval.
Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, you can track its status in real-time on the platform. Notifications are sent for key updates, including shipment, transit, and delivery.

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by notifying our support team or using the cancellation feature on the platform. Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted, and refusal of delivery may incur costs for logistics and handling.
