Refund policy

Medagoras Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the consideration, processing, and disbursement of funds for eligible claims on the Medagoras platform, operated by Digital Agoras Ltd. All refund considerations are conditional upon the successful execution of the Return Policy and the physical verification of returned goods.


1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund will be considered only after:

  • The User has adhered to the relevant mandatory return timeframes (Immediate or 48/72 hours, depending on product type).

  • The product has been successfully returned to the Company and has passed final inspection, confirming that the damage, error, or discrepancy was not caused by the User.

Refunds will be issued for the value of damaged, incorrect, or non-delivered products.


2. Refund Processing and Timeframes

2.1 Processing Timeline
Once eligibility is confirmed and the refund is approved, the transaction will be processed within two (2) to seven (7) business days.

2.2 Refund Destination Choice (User Discretion)
The User has the sole option to specify the destination for the approved refund amount:

  • Virtual Wallet Credit: The amount is credited back to the User's secure Virtual Wallet on the Medagoras platform for immediate use towards future purchases.

  • External Bank Account Transfer: The amount is transferred to a bank account of the User's choosing. This account must match the registered identity (business name or authorized representative) on the User's account. Verification of ownership may be required for first-time transfers to external accounts.


3. Cost Allocation and Limitation of Liability

3.1 Return Shipping Costs
Medagoras will assume all costs associated with return shipping only if the refund is a direct result of the Company's error (e.g., verified damage, shortage, or mis-shipment).

3.2 Distributor Liability
As a distributor and marketplace operator, the Company’s liability is strictly limited to the refund of the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Any claims concerning product efficacy, failure, or manufacturer defects must be directed by the User to the original manufacturer.
